Well I'm working on a game at the minute. Its not planned or anything, I'm just planning to make it and see where the story takes me with it.
Currently there are 2 characters. Meric: Working to become a full ranked knight in his seaside town of Haven. Yule: Meric's friend and fellow knight to be. Haven is rumoured to be protected by the great divine dragon Shira. There is a 10 minute demo available at the minute which serves as the first part of the game. But the RMVX RTP is required to play it. SCREENSHOTS:  A rude awakening  A section of town  The Inn  The church  The Hidden room  Dragon shrine 1  Dragon shrine 2 I will try and get the demo hosted somewhere ASAP. |

Games that go like this usually don't do well at the box office. However, they do provide some good steam release and or experience. Please tell me youll be one to actually finish it lol.
Maybe you could use some of your own music pieces.  |

My whole plan to it is to do it all in stages haha, and instead of building up to some big thing, just host it on rpg maker websites as it is done.
Theres too many games that never get finished but could be like 2 hours done. With a whole big story. So my plan is, the intro is done, let people play that, then do the next section of the game, where people can just transfer their save file over, or start again. No point in trying to make it seem like a huge deal with a big release, as when it all comes down to it. Its a free RPG Maker game  |

rpgmaker.net provides free hosting for games, but they do sometimes impose certain standards on the quallity. It may yet be worth a shot, however.

With RMVX you're able to compress the game data so that the RTP files are included with your game, rather than requiring people to download the RMVX RTP to play it.
